How do I place an order?

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly to ensure fast shipping. Unfortunately, we're unable to make changes or cancel an order once it's been confirmed. Please double-check your order before completing the checkout process.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your location. During checkout, you'll be able to see the shipping options available for your destination.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Orders made before 2 PM (CET) will be picked, packed and shipped the same day. Delivery time is usually 2-4 working days with DHL Express.
What do I do if my order is damaged or defective?
